As a Client Success Manager, you're the central bridge between our clients and our internal teams (Copy, Funnel, Performance & Creative).
You ensure projects run smoothly, clients feel understood, and results are delivered clearly and with structure.
You're not just an account manager – you're a strategic sparring partner with a strong sense of oversight.
🧠 What You Should Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in a digital environment (agency, performance marketing, funnel projects, SaaS, or similar)
- Strong understanding of online marketing & funnels
(you don't need to run ads, but you should understand what we're talking about) - Familiarity with agency or service-based workflows
- Empathy & communication strength – you're able to manage expectations, de-escalate situations, and lead conversations
- Structured mindset: able to prioritize tasks, oversee timelines, and handle feedback efficiently
- Proactive thinking – you don't just forward requests, you help steer the process
🧰 Tools & Skills
- Experience with Slack, Notion, ClickUp or similar toolls
- Excellent command of written German (English optional)
- Ability to understand and communicate simple funnel or campaign structures
- Basic knowledge of ads (Meta), creatives, copywriting & tracking
- You can translate client needs into clear tasks – for copywriters, funnel builders, or designers
🚀 What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for our clients after the CEO
- Lead regular client check-ins, gather feedback, and direct it to the appropriate team members
- Manage project organization (status, timelines, blockers)
- Translate between client and implementation teams – keeping tone and clarity
- Spot when a project is at risk and proactively take action
- Bring your own ideas to improve client experience and retention
