🎯 Your Role with Us
As Copy Strategy Lead, you'll head our copy team and be responsible for the quality, structure, and strategic direction of all written content in the company – from landing pages and ad copy to VSL scripts and funnel flows.
You're not just a strong copywriter, but a systems thinker with a conversion focus and leadership mindset.
Your goal: copy that sells – with clarity, consistency, and structure.
🧠 What You Should Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in performance copywriting or funnel/ad environments
- Strong background in direct response copy, conversion psychology & customer journeys
- You can not only write copy but also read briefs, understand strategy, and systematize messaging
- Ideally, you’ve already led a small copy team or coordinated freelance copywriters
- You understand the differences between ad copy, landing pages, video scripts, and emails – and how they work together
- You're highly structured, organized, and think in templates and systems
🧰 Tools & Skills
- Excellent command of written German (English optional)
- Experience with Meta ads, VSLs, funnels, social media content, and performance marketing
- Familiar with tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack for communication & task management
- Able to collaborate with funnel builders, performance teams & creatives
- Optional: Experience using AI copy tools (e.g. Jasper, ChatGPT)
🚀 What You'll Do
- Lead our copy team (2 copywriters + potential freelancers)
- Create and refine briefing processes with your team
- Take strategic responsibility for the structure and quality assurance of all copy
- Develop copy templates, internal guidelines, and a centralized copy library
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Funnel, and Client Success teams
- Regularly bring new ideas for hooks, angles & funnel logic to the table
