As a Technical / Automation Assistant, you'll support our funnel and tech team by implementing automations, setting up tracking systems, and managing simple integrations.
You’re not a developer – but someone confident using technical tools, with a sharp eye for detail and a clear understanding of workflows.
You’ll be the operational backbone of our tech team to ensure smooth launches, data flows, and automation processes.
🧠 What You Should Bring
- Basic understanding of online marketing and funnel workflows
- Experience with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion
- Ability to create, test, and document simple workflows
- Logical thinking – you can map and understand basic processes
- Reliability and accuracy – you may not be the fastest, but you don’t make mistakes
🧰 Tools & Skills
- Must-have: Zapier / Make / Integromat
- ClickUp, Slack, Notion (for communication & documentation)
- Google Sheets (including formulas, filters, simple automations)
- Basic experience with funnel software (e.g., GoHighLevel, FunnelCockpit, ClickFunnels)
- Optional: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or JSON
🚀 What You'll Do
- Support in setting up automations (e.g., form → CRM → tagging → email)
- Handle technical tasks based on clear instructions from the Funnel & Tech Lead
- Test if data flows and integrations work correctly
- Maintain databases, fields, tags, and systems
- Document your setups & workflows for transparency
- Assist with small tracking-related tasks (e.g., pixels, UTM checks)
